MONTHS AGO, I BELIEVE ZOESMOM TOLD ME ABOUT FROZEN BANANA ICE CREAM.

Just frozen bananas, ina food processor....turns to ice cream GOLD. I DID NOT BELIEVE HER. OR PERHAPS I DID BUT WAS LAZY.

THE POINT IS, IT IS FANTASTIC. I LITERALLY CAME TASTING IT.

^^ THIS. This is how we make chocolate smoothies that taste like chocolate milkshakes except BETTER. Frozen bananas, almond butter, cacao powder, coconut milk. Not exactly a diet food though, since the amount of nut butter we put in brings each smoothie/shake up to around 600 calories
